Privacy
Initial information to review before releasing the Companion as a public app.
This website
The website code adds no analytics, cookies, forms or third-party scripts. The hosting provider may process technical request information, such as IP address, browser and timestamp, to operate and protect the service.
Companion queries
Your MCP client sends the server the arguments required to run each tool. Do not send sensitive information. The server reads data and does not provide tools to modify your account or make purchases.
Processing by ChatGPT, other clients and hosting providers is also subject to their own policies. Service logging and retention settings must be confirmed before this policy is finalized.
Contact
For general questions, visit support. For privacy requests, email privacy@ezbera.dev. Messages are forwarded by Cloudflare to the operator’s Gmail inbox; Google also processes the message. We use your address and message to respond to your request. We retain support and privacy correspondence while handling your request and for up to 90 days after resolution, unless a legal obligation requires longer retention. Deletion is managed manually; this is not an automated Gmail expiry rule. Email providers may retain their own records under their policies. This period is separate from MCP runtime logs. Do not post personal data in a public report.
Application and provider logs
Ezequiel Cebadera operates this project under the Ezbera name. The application logging statements report startup and operational events without recording tool arguments or responses. This does not establish what hosting infrastructure records.
Prefect currently advertises one-hour request/run log retention for Personal and seven days for Developer. Our Horizon account reports the HOBBY billing plan and lacks the custom-domain entitlement. The exact provider payload-logging behavior and applicable account retention remain to be confirmed. These windows are not a promise about deletion of all provider records or backups. See Horizon retention information and Prefect’s privacy policy.
Your choices
You can stop using the service by disconnecting it in your MCP client. The application has no conversation-history database. Client and hosting providers may retain their own records. GitHub reports may be public; keep personal information out of them.
